BAD GENG — Is This Nollywood's Next Big Drama?

Let’s be honest, BAD GENG is the kind of title that makes you stop scrolling! 

Starring Chioma Nwosu, Sonia Uche and Blessing Obasi, this movie goes straight into the world of friendship, loyalty, bad decisions and the kind of company that can either make you or completely destroy you.

But here’s the BIG question… when your friends are the problem, can you really call yourself innocent? 

The casting certainly brings attention, but Nollywood audiences are no longer satisfied with beautiful faces and plenty of drama. We want strong characters, believable emotions and a story that actually leaves us thinking.

And that's where BAD GENG has something to prove. Is it another predictable Nollywood drama, or does it actually have something serious to say about friendship and the people we surround ourselves with?

My verdict: 7/10

Worth watching? YES.
